EXEECUTIVE CHAIRMAN
MR FATAI IDOWU ADENUGA, He is well-schooled manager of
capital and human resources. He has been in administration for well over twenty years.
He has attended several management courses both in Nigeria and Overseas to hone his
managerial skills. He is on the board of a Community Microfinance Bank, Ikenne
Microfinance Bank, serving president of a Lagos based social recreational club, ASSO and
also serving in various capacities in other entities.
He enjoys playing tennis
and reading capacity building books in his spare time.
MANAGING DIRECTOR
MR. GBOLAHAN A. ADENUGA, He is a seasoned Pharmacist
and a graduate of the University of Brighton, United Kingdom and also holds an MBA from
Lancaster University Management School (LUMS), UK. He has worked in various departments
while abroad before his present appointment in 2012
He Enjoys playing a game of
squash and golf with friends.

MR MICHAEL OLORUNSOLA, He
graduated from Federal Polytechnic AdoEkiti with upper credit (HND Accounting –
1997), Olabisi Onabanjo Universitysecond class Lower (B.sc Accounting -
2004), (ACA, Institute of Chartered
Accountant of Nigeria - member).
He has worked in several industry sectors:
1.(Banking- Nigeria Agriculture and
Cooperative Bank, Addosser Micro
Finance Bank , Zenith Bank Pl c ),
2.(Telecommunication- M.T.N Nigeria),
3.(Printing Media- Daily Times of Nigeria
Limited), 4.(Oil & Gas- Menol Oil and Gas
Ltd), currently with Premier Standard
Industrial Limited as Head of Finance &
Account).
ACCOUNT
MR. AWOYEMI OLANREWAJU
,
He graduated from Yaba College of
Technology in 1997 with an HND in Accountancy and Finance and MBF from University of
Ado-Ekiti. He is a member of the Institute of Treasury and Financial Administration
(ATFA) and holds a Certificate course in Business Risk Management.
He
joined Premier Standard Industrial Limited as a store assistance and is currently in
charge of the Account Department as Head of Account. Currently working to attain his
International Chartered Accounting qualification.
He is presently in charge of
the company accounting operations and implementing best account practice.
